This guy has all the makings of an upper-level horse. He has been so well transitioned from track to show career. Countless dressage shows at training level in the 70's his first year out. Including his big end of year 9th place win at the 23' RRP in Kentucky where he was competing against 90 other horses and ended on a score of 72.4 as a 4 year old. Wit is now schooling 2nd level work at home and is turning 6 in a couple months. He has counter canter well established both ways, he reinbacks very supple and straight, has his lateral work and is working on continuing to develop his shoulder in and haunches in. Wit has his changes pretty well established as well and is almost auto with them. Wit is a super smart horse and is always unfazed whenever he's on a field trip or show, hack etc... He gets and understands things very quickly and is super comfortable in his own skin. Fantastic and bold stadium and has competed and gone clean at numerous A Jump Above’s show series in their BN 2’7 division and at Beverly Equestrian’s jumper show series in the 2’9 division with plenty of scope and boldness to continue to go higher. He's so tidy and careful all while being super bold and adjustable. Very little prep and warm up needed at jumper shows and dressage. Goes right to work!

Wit is a little on the food sassy side due to sadly not being fed adequately when his racing career was ending. He is not aggressive with other horses at feeding time or in general. Actually, he tends to be low man on the turnout pole. In general, I have found him to be quite a personality with a sense of humor and a loving side. He very much appreciates his grooming sessions, baths etc. I would not call him an in-your-pocket type but he puts up with my forced snuggles and kisses as he knows there is likely a treat lurking nearby.. He is not treat aggressive or sassy about them and is very polite when given. Stands great for farrier/vet, trailers well etc.
