“Teddys Bliss” is an APHA registered 2019 black tovero mare with one sky blue eye and one dark. She is straight and correct with a great pedigree that includes Doc Bar, Poco Beuno, Teddys Splash and more! Breed her, ride her or both! This girl will get you noticed.

River is a very flashy and friendly mare standing approx 14.3-15hh. Never been lame a day in her life. Sound, sound sound! She’s always first to the gate and just wants to be loved on. Everyone who meets her loves her! Incredibly easy to catch and great to handle. Great for the farrier, bathes well and stands to be tacked no problem. She can be reactive with unexpected ropes touching her legs but that’s something we are working on. In new places she can be looky since she’s still green and can be a little pushy if she has lots of time off like she’s had. Nothing bad, she just needs a reminder to pay attention and when I was regularly handling her this went away. She has a lot of try and wants to be a good girl. I’ve ridden her with just a halter and she is responsive and light to that and voice cues and is starting to understand basic leg cues. That being said, she has worn a bridle and bit but doesn’t have much experience with them yet. Lunges off of voice or lunge whip and stops and faces at “whoa”.

River was started as a 2/3 year old lightly and has sat for the last couple years since I had babies. I put a few rides on again this spring and she did good, but I can’t put in the consistency I would like with little kids. She is a smart and sweet mare and I know she would make an excellent horse with more miles. She’s just still quite green but safe and is wicked fast in the pasture. Just needs consistency and miles. Super sweet and gentle around my 2 year old son and I could see her going any direction and doing well. For someone that is familiar with green horses.

If I didn’t have littles I wouldn’t consider selling but she’s too good of a horse to just sit around and wait for me. She’s at the perfect age to breed or turn into your next #1 saddle horse!

Came from the Lovin R Paint horse breeding program and breeders claimed she has an 80% chance of throwing colour even when bred to a solid with her paint pattern.
