CONGRATULATIONS TO MARCIE FOR HER NEW PARTNERSHIP WITH THIS SPLENDID MARE, LIBERTY I KNOW YOU AND YOUR FAMILY ARE GOING TO LIVE HER. AND I KNIW FOR CERTAIN LIBERTY HAS A FANTADTIC FOREVER HOME! Liberty is a lovely horse, both in formation and attitude. She gallops to the gate when you call her and she loves attention. Very mannerly on the ground, ties well saddles well does everything wonderfully. She is sound, an easy keeper, has good feet, stands nicely for the Ferrier, and goes in a plain snaffle. She responds well to voice commands and has a very solid, walk/trot/canter for English, and a nice jog/lope for western. She started life as a ranch horse on a working cattle ranch. I’ve been doing Dressage with her, and just a few days ago discover that she doesn’t do too bad on a loose rein like a hunter. She is nice on trails and I’ve taken her out both with other people and alone. She’s good either way. Although she does kind of like to be in front with the group. She is only being sold because I have too many horses and had to make choices about keeping older horses that are not really sellable. Husband says somebody’s got to go, so I love the idea of finding Liberty a really nice home where she will be written a lot. Because she likes to be worked.
