Arnold "The Family Man" 15 year old 15hh paint gelding. Arnold is the all around family friendly confidence booster kind of guy. He trail rides like an absolute pro for any level of rider. Lead or follow he's never in a rush. Arnold is the point and go type ride. He offers a steady eddie been there done that attitude. Arnold has a very nice neck rein and will stand at any mounting block. Throughout the years my family has taken Arnold on many trail rides around the Midwest. There isn't much he hasn't seen. Traffic, dog and farm machinery safe. Arnold is quiet to saddle and bridle, loads himself on the trailer. He does well bare foot or shod though we usually keep him barefoot. Easy to bathe a gentleman on the ground and in the saddle. My parents aren't trail riding much anymore and some of my siblings have gotten out of horses.
