Rose is a stellar trail horse with a smooth ground covering gait. She has been used to gather cattle and is a great working horse. Her pedigree is all old heritage bloodlines, including Red Bud's Rascal, Mark's Crackerjack, and Buds Sterling Bullet. She stands about 14.2 is easy to catch, trailers with ease. She is a great minded working horse and we love that about her. She is the same whether you ride her everyday or once a month. She does not like being stalled, she much prefers her large paddock/pasture and a run in shelter. She can be marish and is the boss mare of our herd. She will ride in the front or back but does not enjoy being in the middle on trail rides. She is a very easy keeper, stands for shots, farrier, baths, grooming. She has raised one foal and is a good mother. We have ridden her all over in Michigan, even on the Silver Lake sand dunes and in and along Lake Michigan's shoreline. She is the horse I grab to let my friends and husband ride. She is eligible to be registered IHWHA.
