Casually ISO a companion lease for the perfect situation! “Sugar” is an absolute barn favorite. She is a retired polo pony, I purchased her as a lesson horse but quickly realized she was uncomfortable. I got her checked out and she has kissing spine with a possible healed vertebrae fracture. I got the area injected and started back rehab but she is telling me she would rather not. She is an absolute LOVE on the ground, loves to be doted on, snuggled, groomed, etc. I could see her as a companion or a horse for kids to dote on. She could handle occasional pony rides for little people I think, but I will only allow her to go to a non-riding home. This girl deserves the best! She goes out alone or in a group, middle of the herd personality. She does crib and a collar completely stops it (probably an old habit for pain). X-rays and more info available for serious inquiries.
