Ivy is a DREAM of a mare! She is the sweetest, most kind and easy mare you could possibly ask for. She is so quiet and so broke, she could be that white horse for photos at weddings, etc. She LOVES kids and really everyone. So easy and wonderful to have around, in the barn or out in a herd. She is also a great mother and a super easy breeder!! One who takes right away via AI, we have never tried to live cover her as, she had a couple foals by Whizkey N Diamonds then a blue-eyed palomino splash white filly this year by our money earning own son of Gunner, Smoking Sixcess and bred right back the same way! She is vet checked safe in foal! THAT FOAL COULD BE A GRULLA, BLACK, BUCKSKIN OR PALOMINO SPLASH WHITE! You will probably NOT find another pedigree like hers either in homozygous cream! She will guarantee a colored foal no matter what stallion she is bred to.
It is heartbreaking to let this mare go (I probably sound like a broken record saying that about these mares in our auction) but it's true! I just have to make some tough decisions. I would like first buy back rights on this foal and it will carry a Shining C name, as we are the breeders.
