“Ghost” is a real life unicorn and absolutely GORGEOUS. He was started as a 2 year old then turned out to grow and has just been brought back under saddle by a trainer and has been doing amazing. He just turned 3 at the beginning of this month. He has a strong foundation and is ready to be finished. He would excel in any riding/driving discipline you want to do. He is extremely mild tempered on the ground and is the sweetest little guy in the barn. Definitely the kids favorite around here due to his manners and flashy looks(and mustache). He is extremely agile and once finished would make an excellent pony club/ gymkhana pony. Ready and open minded to go any direction there’s nothing I don’t think this little guy would excel in. If you’re looking for compliments everywhere you go this is the guy for you, he is flashy and absolutely adorable.
He’s been ridden English and western. Has worn the harness a couple times but not started in driving but his responsiveness to voice commands leads me to believe he will be an excellent driving horseHe is still a baby and needs a confident, experienced rider to finish him. Currently standing 13.3 at the withers and 14 at the hip he definitely has some growing room left but this guy is STOUT and can very easily carry a lighter adult rider all day. Is ready to hit the trails to get some more miles on him and we’ve ridden him all over the mountain property he is at with/without buddies and he does fine. He definitely has a motor and isn’t your typical slow hard to move Gypsy and is extremely fun to ride and a personal favorite to work with under saddle and on the ground. We have been experimenting with different bitless and with bit bridles this week and he does great in anything we’ve put him in. He is very sensitive to leg and doesn’t need a heavy hand at all he moves away from pressure/ bends/ stops when you sit and say woah. He already has all the fancy buttons/ knowledge installed he just needs someone to finish them in the discipline of their choice. He is not spooky just a little baby minded still so he needs to be finished before he is a kids horse but a talented young rider under guidance of a trainer might be a good fit as well.
