Selena (R Girl x Baywatch V)is a truly exceptional horse that I've owned since she was 3 years old. Versatile and talented, she has experience in a variety of disciplines, including 4-H, breed shows, halter, gaming, and trails. However, she truly shines in western pleasure. While I haven't ridden her in English, transitioning her would be straightforward. After a break of several months, you can hop on and pick up right where you left off. She responds best to a gentle but confident rider.
The Cons: During springtime, Selena can be quite mareish and challenging to catch, especially when she's in season. As a typical Arabian, she has her spirited days. Additionally, she can be a bit difficult to load into a trailer. She hasn't been ridden consistently over the past couple of years, but with regular work, many of these issues should subside.
I prefer she stays at her current barn but would be open to other facilities.
Part lease: $350/mo for 3 days a week
Full care lease: You handle board ($607) + grain and farrier
May consider sale to the right home (mid 1x,xxx)
