Meet Sky!
Sky is a 19 year old black and white paint grade mare. She is current on all shots and had her teeth done a few months ago. She is currently bare foot, but might need shoes if covering a more rocky terrain. She's had shoes in the past and did well.
Sky is great on trails. Likes to lead, but will follow nicely. She just has a big walk/trot and definitely likes to go. She will do light arena work, but doesn't live it. She's also packed in the mountains and has had at least one baby (three years ago was her last, and he is a gorgeous Percheron mix that looks just like her.) I have thrown a rope off her on a dummy multiple times and she just stood calmly.
Sky is very smart and needs a more confident rider. She moves off leg pressure pretty well and neck reins also.
I am open to trades/partial trades for a beginner friendly horse for trails and play days.
