Handsome Tri-Color Dunskin Quarterhorse (grade) gelding. He has a powerful build and stands at approximately 15 hands. His w/t/l are smooth and his collected trot is especially nice. He neck reins or direct reins, side passes, responds to leg pressure, turns in circles, and stops on a dime. He thrives with confident leadership and can sometimes be impatient with beginner riders, so would be best suited for an intermediate or advanced riding partner.

KC is a very sweet boy and loves chin and forehead scratches. He enjoys being brushed and doted on and will follow you around the pasture wanting to interact. He basically drops his head right into the halter/bridle, takes the bit easily and stands calmly for saddling. Trailers well and easy keeper. He is currently barefoot and does well for the farrier, but will require shoes if being ridden on rocky terrain/trails. He's sound and healthy, with no known history of injuries. His teeth are in in good shape, his feet have been done recently and he was dewormed a few weeks ago.

We have only had him for about 3 months, and unfortunately have come to the conclusion that he's not the best fit for us. He asserts dominance with our passive mare, and it has created a negative dynamic for her. He may do best where he can be turned out alone or with more confident horses who wouldn't be phased by his attempts to be bossy.
