We have owned Papaya for 2 years and during that time he has been lesson-boarded at Mill Creek Equestrian, LLC. He is an amazingly patient horse that, up until recently, was trotting, cantering, and jumping. This summer he injured his leg, and after a vet inspection and x-ray, it was determined that it would be best for Papaya that he was limited to walking and trail rides due to an old fracture. He is an amazing starter horse for a young person, loves lots of attention, has done very well in the lesson-board program, and will lead or follow on trail rides. He is friendly and likes to say hi to other horses and riders. He has been very well cared for, including monthly farrier visits, and twice per year vet visits with shots. His coggins is valid through October 2024. Papaya does not like being in a barn, or stall, for any length of time and prefers to roam the fields with other horses. It is important to us that he go to a home that will care for him, and treat him properly, and give him the love and attention we have given him.
