Hiatt Chocolena Gold - barn name “Hyatt” he is a 12 year-old registered chocolate Palomino with a white main and tail. He will stand 14.3 hands tall and is a muscular 1200 pounds. He has great confirmation and he has a very pretty head. He is definitely an eye catcher! Hyatt rides with an old-fashioned one hand neck rein. I have used Hyatt in my lesson program for the past year and have had multiple different levels of riders take lessons on him. He has been used in 4H and local horse shows. He excels in disciplines like halter, walk trot, ranch horse, pleasure, and trail class. Hyatt crosses anything on the trail such as ditches, logs, mud puddles, & rocks. Wyatt is also very traffic safe. He has been rode on major highways where there’s tractors, semi’s, motorcycles, four wheelers and bicycles! Hyatt is an excellent overnight camping trail horse. He stands next to the trailer with no problems. He has even been rode next to the train tracks. He is not spooky or shy from different types of terrain. He has been rode in Matzel game reserve around wild life! He has also been ridden in large bodies of water, like rivers and lakes. He has been trail ridden in Palo Duro Canyon by an 11-year-old girl. He is very surefooted! Hyatt has also been around cattle. Hyatt’s ground manners are impeccable and he stands like a statue for the Farrier and to saddle, mount and dismount. He trailers well and he is broke to hobble on a picket line! He loads and unloads in any type of trailer with no hesitation ! Hyatt is one of the easiest horses to catch. He loves to be bathed brushed and picks up his feet automatically. He is 100% sound in every way mind, body and spirit. He loves attention and he is good in a stall or in pasture.! Hyatt has no bad habits like cribbing, weaving or pacing. He is a true all around family horse for everyone to ride and enjoy.
