Spanish Gem L. is a gorgeous Golden Palomino broodmare looking for a new home. She has produced 8 foals. Some of her foals are shown in the video at link below. The last foal was born in May 2023. Her foals have gone on to become beloved family members and trail partners all across the US with loving dispositions and rhythm.
Really nice bloodlines including Missouri Traveler E., Zane's Charming Lad, Mr. Koscot, Merry Boy Sensation, Sun Dust E. & Zane Grey's Cody Bill.
Gem stands 14.3 hands but has consistently produced offspring larger than herself. Her dam and grandam were both substantial 15.1 hand mares.
Gem herself was green broke when she was young but not continued as a riding horse. She catches best away from other horses and knowing you have grain. Then she sticks her head right in the halter when it is presented.
She leads, loads, backs out. Good for the vet. Deworms easily. Enjoys a bath. Fine with fly spray if haltered. She can be a nervous mother with her newborn, but I am still able to work with her foals as she and I have a trusting relationship.
