6 year old 15.2hh bay solid breed paint mare registered in the APHA
✨Piglet✨ aka “Slow Ur Cinnamon Roll” 🐷🐴
Piglet or Pig is a beautiful sweetheart of a mare from Lyndonville, Vermont. She stands about 15.2hh. Pig specializes in western but could do english riding as well. I have not ridden her much with an english saddle but it is do able. She also can go bareback but also has not been done to much. This mare is not one to fight work and she absolutely loves to please everyone. She works best with an intermediate rider as she is mostly finished but needs to be kept in work. She isn’t ridden consistently but is one where you can pick her out of the pasture and go. She is w/t/c. She will slow for western and extend for more of a forward English movement. Her strides are wonderful and smooth at the canter or lope but does need some help to keep moving. She does amazing at showmanship and patterns. But will also go on trails alone or as a group but is one to like to be in the front of the pack as she is very curious to see all of the things. She stands well for mounting, dismounting, hoof picking, vet, farrier, grooming, tacking, bathing, banding, fly spraying, and more. She does trail ride as well but likes to be in the front. And has been to multiple local horse shows also. She does neck rein (with leg pressures), does lead changes, side passes, pivots, and backs. She is caught up in all of vet work including vaccinations and teeth. She isn’t wearing shoes right now but does usually have them put on her front feet during show seasons. The reason for selling is I’m going to college soon and do not have the time or motivation to keep this amazing horse going. She will ONLY be sold to someone that is trusted to take care of her as much as she deserves.
