Whiskey is the quietest yearling that I have ever worked with! He takes everything in stride and is always ready and willing for the next obstacle or challenge. He has been sacked out with a training ball, tarp, and plastic bags. He is easy to lead, load, picks up his feet, stands perfect for vet and farrier, lunges, loves his bath, and has great ground manners! He has been saddled with a light synthetic saddle and been bridled several times. He has never offered to kick or bite and was excellent when saddled, even for the first time. He flexes his head both ways and backs up easy off the halter. Whiskey will be an easy one to start and I would love to have him back in the barn when he’s old enough! I bought him as a project for the summer and he has been a dream to work with, I would keep him if I could. I have a copy of his dam’s papers but not his sire. He would be excellent for a youth working with a trainer or someone looking to bring a horse up! He is up to date on shots, coggins, and farrier. Contact me with any questions! A great home is a must!
