4 year old grade gelding

Not off the track but he is thoroughbred! Bought out of a really, really bad situation. I will gladly disclose details to serious buyers. We’ve put about 400 pounds on him and worked with him on the ground. He still needs weight but he’s ready to find a home where he will be used. We only bought him to save him. He leads, loads, ties, been lunged/round pen worked, been saddled but nobody has put a serious ride on him. He would make an awesome little project for someone. He is perfectly fine being by himself or being pastured with mares/geldings. He can be a turd to catch sometimes but he doesn’t act ignorant with it. Just slowly walks away and makes you mad lol he’s about 14.3 hands tall. He does have a little cloudiness to his left eye but it doesn’t bother him and he’s not spooky on that side. He is not going to make someone a speed demon. He’s slow go and is perfectly happy with that pace. He is on an alfalfa round bale and protein lick. Grain doesn’t help him with weight at all. We’ve had the best luck with keeping alfalfa in front of him. He has been thoroughly dewormed and had his teeth floated. Asking $800 obo located in Cobden, IL.
