Fun eventer, jumper, western prospect
Jewel is a sweet 9 year old dark bay mare (grade), 15.1+HH, wide build. She’s a sensible horse that could make a good jumper or eventer. She’s been to Maple Ridge Equestrian Centre and jumped from cross poles up to 2’6” in the hunter ring.
A former western pack and trail horse, she has taken a liking to jumping. Could probably do western games as well.
Shots and feet are up to date. Bathes, clips, trailers. Hacks out alone with my dogs.
• Started over fences and shows a keen interest.
• Good with the farrier and vet. Shots and trims up to date.
• Calm, quiet deamenor, No marish tendencies.

• Has been to a natural horsemanship clinics
• Has attended a few schooling shows - Maple Ridge Equestrian Facility June 2024

• Wants to bond with her rider
She's looking for someone with some experience to bond with. She does take time to warm up to new people. Suitable for a junior or an adult in a program. She would also do well as a trail horse if competing and or jumping is not your thing.
Goes shoeless. Never had any issues with soundness. Is turned out with my mini mare and she's very kind to her. Middle of the pack in a herd I would think.

She's fun, safe and quiet for the right partner. Maybe that's you! :).
Please no time wasters. She's not suitable for someone with no experience or is brand new to riding. Not suitable for a lesson string at this time.
**Please be prepared to test ride her more than once. This mare means a lot to me and I'm determined to find her the right partner to continue her training whatever that might be.**
