2016 16’2 ottb King Leonardo (NEEDS REHAB READ FULL POST)
Leo is going to need to get injections in his back for arthritis that was found in X-rays at a recent vet appointment . We can provide you with the X-rays. He’s up to date for all vaccines and his coggins. Recently had his teeth. He will be seeing the farrier tmrw 7/26 , usually sees him every 5 weeks. He is shoed on all four but he has gone with two front shoes in winter previously, and farrier has said that is what he would recommend. Leo has kicked out and bucked in the past as a pain response but is a very sweet horse,try’s hard and is very forgiving. Leo is a dream on the ground! He can get excited sometimes but it’s a rare occasion and nothing crazy. He’s currently on equinox to keep the inflammation under control. He came off the track in 2021, and then had ks surgery 2022. Pictured below is what he looked when in a professional program in December.
