Barn Name is Ashley.
Kind and calm horse.
She was started out by a trainer as a western pleasure show horse. (Champion. All Breed Amateur W/T Western Pleasure. All Breed Open W/T Western Pleasure 2022. Reserve Champion All Breed Amateur W/T Showmanship) Has AQHA points.
Purchased to continue this, but life occurred. So she became part of our lesson program. Until recently when we decided we wanted to either show or sell her so we could buy a reining horse.
Would be a great allround horse or even a broodmare. Showmanship and western pleasure for sure too.
Walks, jogs, trots and canters well.
Loads in trailer great. Easy keeper: grain, hay and pasture.
Farrier every 6-8 weeks. Up to date coggins.
We purchased her from someone that showed her (see below) with the intend to continue to professionally show. Life occurred and she has been used in our lesson program.
Exposed to Barrels, Pole Bending, Low Level Jumps, Trails, obstacle courses, Roping cows, Cow sorting, all areas of western pleasure riding.
She needs a confident rider to keep her in line as she is a dominant mare.
She can kick out at other horses at times.
She has been to fun shows for all disciplines. I want a different horse to show for reining so that’s the only reason to sell her.
Ashley is great with kids and people. She’s a quiet soul. Likes to be the alpha female
