Pearl is sweet and friendly and has been ridden by all different types and ages of riders including our 6 and 8 year old kids. She is easily the most trained cutting horse we have owned with 13k in NCHA earnings. Pearl is incredibly sound for her age and experience and still loves to cut on the flag. She has experience with many different disciplines and even does some bridless riding. Pearl has impeccable ground manners easily being handled by kids and she has been hauled extensively so she does not care about any type of horse or stock trailer. Pearl has done many of the ranch chores and is just about unflappable so she is great on trial too. She is a been there done that type of horse and would be great to build skills and confidence on. We feel like she would make an absolutely fantastic family all around horse doing a mix of arena and trail work. She has a super nice cut on her for anyone wanting to do cutting or sorting. We think that she would also do great in lower level gymkhana. With the growth of our Lazy Oaks training program (thanks to all of you!!) we have gotten busier and busier. Pearl really doesn’t mind getting some time off however she is just too trained and loves to have a job so its tough to see her sit around. We have made the tough decision to put her through the program and try to find a great forever home for her. She is incredibly safe and would do well with a new or experienced rider however a trainer would be helpful for a greener rider since she has so many buttons and is sensitive off of your aids and cues. Experienced riders will be drooling with how well trained she is the second they get on her. We have loved her and trained her for the last 3 years and she easily passed the program. Take a look at how well she does with the kids in her video. Pearl has been pre-vet checked and is up to date on vaccines, teeth, worming, and farrier. No maintenance for all around work including light cutting however some maintenance recommended for more performance and arena work.
