Romeo is a very level headed and fun gelding. His conformation is stunning, his movement draws your attention. Naturally slow straight legs, lofty movement, and just down right gorgeous. This horse has been an absolute pleasure to have around and will be hard to send off to a new home. College forces me to sell, as I want him to proceed on with his full potential. Ready to show in the trial, horsemanship, showmanship, and english classes. currently finishing western pleasure lope on a drooped rein. I think this guy will also excel in western riding, he has gorgeous natural flying changes, but has not been started yet with him under saddle. Been hauled to shows and many arenas. Rides alone outside as well, take him down the trails, crosses creeks, ditches, etc. Safe for beginners, under the guidance of a trainer, he is still three, but I would not hesitate to throw a youngster on him in the arena with supervision. Would be a perfect horse for a select rider that wants a competitive horse. This horse needs zero lunging, saddle up and go ride. I am not big on lunging a horse down so he was not trained this way, I saddle and ride. Knows how to lunge of course. He has lived a natural life on a farm with chickens, dogs, tractors, skid steers, studs, mares, etc. and also in a boarding facility. Personally I think he excels in a paddock for full time, but he does love his stall. Loads perfect in the trailer, stands tied, clips, great for farrier, all that good stuff. Nothing bad to say about this boy, zero bad habits. Small scar on the front of his left hind just above the hock, no change in color of hair, would have to know its there to pick it out. He’s barefoot and sound. I have owned him since a yearling, and have done all his training. I’d say he’s right at 16 hands. Many videos available, please call or text me at 913-314-4449.
