Her grandsire is the legendary “Rooster” (Gallo Del Cielo), and her papers are full of greats all the way back. On the bottom side, she boasts a lot of foundation blood like Joe Jack Red that gives her the incredible bone and foot she carries! This beautiful dun mare is very amateur friendly and has been ridden by everyone, including grandma and the kids. She's great on obstacles and has a nice handle on her. Lena has lots of experience around the farm and on the trails. We love her ability to tackle new situations with confidence! She's quiet and steady, but can stop on a dime or whip out a turn as fast as you'd like. Lena can spin, sidepass, drag logs & tarps, cross water and bridges with surefootedness. You won't have to deal with any nonsense from this girl. She doesn't get cinchy or buck with time off. She's comfortable being ridden bareback and in a halter. Super easy to catch. Ties great.
