Martini's looking to become a part of your family! This sweet, big-hearted 5 year old has a kind mind, willing disposition and a try my best attitude. He makes a lasting impression with his stately profile, standing 16.2 with a bold colorful coat, bright expression, and those striking blue eyes! Whatever discipline you ride he has ton's of eye appeal, looking great under all types of tack! Martini has correct conformation for his Gypsy/Shire breed type, good strong bones and feet, and no blemishes. He's been sound and has no vices. He's broke to ride and drive and stands nicely for mounting, saddling, and harnessing. He's polite to groom, bathe, shoe and trailers well, gets right in and backs out quietly. Martini's a cruiser deluxe, his gaits are smooth and comfortable. You'll love his ground covering relaxed walk and his trot and canter are impressive to say the least! It's a pleasure to take him places as he's very independent riding alone or in a group-doesn't matter to him..he loves the attention and being out with his rider having fun. He's been extensively trail ridden, traveling happily up and down the mountains, through the streams and rivers and loves just taking it easy with a quiet relaxed walk down the road. He willingly goes over obstacles, deadfall and logs, and is level headed about wild life you may encounter along the trail. If you're a seasoned rider he understands your aids and can really get around, if your less experienced he's tolerant, thoughtful and forgiving. We've counted on his easy going temperment to take care of family and friends who come to visit, folks who climb aboard once a year. They all want to ride Martini! Martini is also a ton of fun to drive! Broke to drive, both single and double. Traffic's not an issue for this been there done that kinda guy, doesn't seem to bother him a bit. In a pasture or corral situation he gets along well with other horses as he's very well adjusted socially. His registry with the IDHA-Drum Horse Association is pending. Martini's a versatile individual to ride or drive, take him down the trail, let him pack your guests around or show him off at events and competitions-just enjoy yourself and have fun with this special horse.
