Linus is a 2023 chestnut National Show Horse / Thoroughbred cross colt (not yet gelded). He was raised in a natural herd environment on a large 40 acre pasture with herd mates of all ages. He's a cute mover with nice balance and conformation to match. Linus is is halter broke, leads, and ties.
He's by JockyClub TB stallion Allspark and out of National Show Horse mare Royal Rosetta.
Royal Rosetta (Rain) is a registered National Show Horse (Arabain / Saddlebred cross). Rain has been successfully shown in training level eventing, has been schooled to 3rd level dressage, was taken to 4H state fair a couple of times in several different diceplines, she was ridden up to C1 rating in Pony Club, has been showen proficiently in western, english, gaming, barrels, showmenship, and jumping (she has schooled up to 3'11" with room for). She has also been a very reliable trail horse, and carting horse. Very talented mare, with a big heart, and gentle mind. Many of her wonderful qualities have been passed onto Linus.
Allspark is a JockyClub TB bred for racing but never raced. With an all star pedigree such as his sire Grindstone (Kentucky Derby Winner), Black Tie Affair (graded stakes winner as a two, three, four, and five year old), Unbridled (Kentucky Derby and Breeders' Cup Classic winner), Mr. Prospecter (known as a sires of sire as many of his offspring where notably successful - his bloodlines have influenced thoroughbred across the world), as well as Secretariat's dam Somethingroyal!
Linus should mature to 15.2+ hands.
