Rhuna is a majestic 11 year old Belgian draft horse standing at 17.2hh.

Rhuna has spent time in farm work, and while she is broke to drive this was not her preferred career. She has been developed as a riding horse, and while still needs further development, is competent walk trot. She has a very comfortable trot. She has spent her recent years in a therapy riding program where her bravery kept riders very safe. She would prefer her own person to work with her in a consistent manner. She enjoyed working with kids in camps and would make a great family horse. She is easy to lunge and work with on the ground.

Rhuna is a large, sensitive, alpha mare who loved to bond with her people. She rides well in the arena and on the trail around our property. She can have some moments of questioning her rider by being a little sticky, but once you get to know her this can be worked through with patience.

Rhuna is UTD on vaccines, dentals, teeth, chiropractic work and has had annual movement evaluations by our veterinary team.

Rhuna would best suit someone with strong, but kind groundwork skills, looking to bring her on further in terms of her groundwork and under saddle.
