This is a long shot but here I go.. I am trying to locate a horse I used to own about 19 years ago, She is registered as Pinto-Tobiano. Her current Name is Belle. Last seen in Clayton CA. I have tried to contact the last owner I knew she belonged to but they are not getting back to me.. :(
