The lovely Valerie is a 5-year-old Percheron, probably a cross. She is very quiet and gentle, and was started under saddle before she carried an embryo transfer baby. She is very well-mannered for ultrasounds or any vet / farrier care. Her body accepted the embryo, and she has been a wonderful, doting mother with enough milk for 2 babies!! She has only had approximately three weeks of training. I plan to send her for ride/drive/trick training over the winter if I don't find her new pasture before then, and she could be bred to my Perlino Gypsy Cob stallion (Featherwinds Monopoly Man) for a gorgeous buckskin or Palomino baby who can be registered with GHRA.
Early in the video is when I first got her - she was thin and very shaggy! Valerie is located in DeSoto, Missouri, near St Louis. She is just over 16 hands.
