5 year old (turned 5 early April) 14.1h Devils Garden Mustang Mare available. Juniper was born in the corrals but removed within a couple days of being born. She is halter broke, ties well, respects fences, great with farrier, loads in trailer, and is green broke under saddle. UTD on feet, teeth, worming, and vaccines.

Juniper has never offered to buck and has much more woah than go. She has about 20 rides under the saddle and did excellent. Mostly all rides were out in the timber on and off trails. Reactive to leg pressure. Still learning what is being asked of her, but very willing. I have not been on her since last fall, due to me having a baby, but she will bounce back quickly. She can sit and come back exactly as she was her last ride. She has zero spook to her and takes her time to figure things out instead of panicking. When she is asked to do something, she is always willing with someone she trusts. With that being said, she does require patience and mutual respect in order to gain full trust.

She is extremely in your pocket and requires reminders of her personal space on occasion. She always runs from the back of the pasture to ensure she is the first to be caught/haltered. She is not buddy sour and will walk/ride off on her own without an issue.

She is prone to founder, so she cannot be kept on fresh, spring pasture.

She is an absolute sweetheart and is going to make an excellent horse for long trail rides, packing, etc.

She does not have a brand since she was pulled from the corrals so early in life.
