Introducing “Juliet”, a stunning 16h 13yr old purebred Friesian mare located outside of Seattle, Washington. She is a barn favorite and truly a once in a lifetime horse, she was our long time broodmare and retired from breeding to start her riding career where she has excelled.

This girl has low miles and hasn’t had any injuries/soundness issues. She is learning some leg yielding, building balance in her canter on the lunge and is working on her stretchy trot. She is very safe and has had beginners up to advanced on her. She takes care of her rider and is the perfect blend of sensitive and forward without being spooky or unpredictable. She is an excellent confidence booster for someone wanting a Friesian without the budget for a fully trained one and/or the skills for a baby.

She self loads, ties, bathes, is good for the farrier, etc and is great out on the trails with others or solo. She is the peace keeper of the herd and always dependable.

She is regretfully being listed as we have too many youngsters that need her space/stall in order to be ready to find their future person. ❤️

Excellent home is a must. Preference given to intermediate riders who are comfortable riding a horse forward and aren’t afraid of large gaits. She’s very sporty! Not looking to send her to a breeding home, she’s too incredible to ride.
