If you’re in the market for a tall, dark and handsome prospect, TVR’s Rolling Coal might be your guy! 2023 gelding, currently sticks at approximately 15h at the withers and 15.1h at the hips. 1/2 Canadian Warmblood, Paint/Percheron cross. In the process of being registered with the Canadian Warmblood Horse Breeders Association (CWHBA). Growing like a weed and string tested to 17h+! Coal has three lovely gaits, and is naturally very balanced and sporty! Coal was bought from Twin Valley Ranch in Canada and is out of Mosaic Art x TVR’s Silky. Pictures and information on Coal’s breeding can be found here (http://www.twinvalleyranch.com/023silkyxmosaic.htm) and their Facebook group under TWIN VALLEY RANCH (Lois and Michael Drielick) has plenty of pictures of his full grown siblings! In additional to being easy on the eyes, this guy’s personality is really special! He is *extremely* brave - I’ve yet to expose him to something that he’s been reactive to. His initial response to everything has been nothing but curiosity. He’s seen quite a bit even at his young age - cattle, tons of obstacles, smoke bombs, blowups, creeks/lakes, etc. He’s game for it all! With his temperament and promising athletic ability, I can see this gelding excelling in any direction - hunters, dressage, eventing, or foxhunting. Although it may be difficult to tell at his current age, because of his sweet disposition I’m confident he would be easy and forgiving enough to excel with an adult amateur rider in the future, but also see him having the potential to rise through the levels with a pro. Coal is a gentleman in all aspects - stands well for the vet and farrier, stands patiently tied anywhere (including the trailer), loads like a dream, hauls and settles into new location with ease, stands well for a bath and flyspray, easy to catch etc. No vices at all. Easy to have in the barn in every way! Coal is located in Pendleton, Kentucky. Plenty of videos available upon request. Please PM or call/text 502-758-3412 for more information!
