Mr “Bubba” is a one of a kind 5 year old AQHA registered gelding that is ready for his forever home. He’s done a little bit of everything and is ready to excel in any discipline if given the chance.
He’s been ridden english, western, trailrides, arena work, on cows, by children, on the road, etc. He has been my husband horse and beginner horse a number of times. Has a steady walk down any trails, pops over logs, goes through water, over bridges, all on a loose rein. I’ve ridden him out in just rope halter multiple times. He rides great with a bit or without. No problem going out alone or with other horses, he’s always the same.
In the arena he has a walk trot lope , both directions on a loose rein. Yields to leg, side passes, etc. Last summer I had him demonstrate an obstacle course in front of a crowd of people. (no video but lots of pictures of that) He took every obstacle NO PROBLEM! Anything you ask of him he’ll try with an even temperament.
He’s got a big personality that loves any kind of attention and is always a joy to be around. Great stall/barn manners with a side of charm you just can’t ignore. Gets along with other horses in the pasture. And will be the first to greet you every morning. Stands for baths, farrier, ear clipping, tacking up, hitching etc.
As you can see in his video he has been hitched to a cart a handful of times. With or without blinders.
He’s used to dogs, traffic, etc. Meets everything with a calm demeanor that’s unbeatable.
I would 100% keep this boy if i would have room/time for a gelding, but as it is I'm hoping he can be someone's next best partner. Whether thats out on the trails or in the showpen!
He will continue to be ridden here, and only keeps improving. I am in no hurry to sell so the price is nonnegotiable.
