BEHOLD Frank! He's magnificent isn't he? Just kidding. Frank is a goof ball. His silly cow like neigh and Steve Bushemi eyes truly sets Frank apart from the others, but not in a bad way. His enduring qualities are he is an innocent soul and he really loves his people. Frank is a true gem. He's been our lesson horse here at Triple Moon Equestrian for several years and his teenage owner has outgrown him. Although it's awesome for our student to move up, we will really, really, really will miss Frank. Frank is an ok arena horse but his true talents shine out on the trails! He loves the wind in his hair and the dust he leaves in his tracks. Hes a lead horse, so holding this man back from the from the front of the line will end in protest and expressions of his need to be the main event. He will go through water and trees and bridges and obstacle courses with a smile on his face… Frank is the boss in a herd. Although we feel if his position was challenged, he would step aside. We cant stress enough how much of a heart throb Frank is among the horse herd here. Not one mare (or gelding) can resist his smolder. Frank is a total babe in the horse community. In our eyes, Frank is a masterpiece made of silly putty and fur. But we will keep that to ourselves and let Frank be the Brad Pitt of the horse world. All jokes aside, Frank is just a good horse. He doesn't claim to be a fancy pants or light on his feet. He claims he's just a horse. Although Frank is great for most people and older kids, he does require an easy going, confident rider that will brush off his quirks. You need to know where you are going and laugh off his occasional insecure moments. You don't need to be trainer status, just know the basics. To be frank, no pun intended, he can be some what of a sissy for brief moments and can get a quick case of the jitters that comes and then is gone as quickly as it came. In other words, Frank is great for beginners with some time under their belt but he is definitely not a babysitter horse. However, what I'm describing isn't a giant issue nor has he caused any problems…we just want everyone aware that your ride will be amazing if you are laid back and confident. -Frank is a straight basic western horse. We put some basic training on him for english but he gets confused with bending. He's a 2x4 so don't expect a head set or nice round circles, lol. -He’s about 14.3hh, 1000#, 16 years old, grade paint -Needs full set of shoes to stay comfy. -He stands well tied and in cross ties. -He trailers like a champion and hops right in. -He is good for the farrier if the farrier is a nice person. -He baths, clips and let's you treat him like a pretty princess all day. He particularly likes it when you braid his mane and paint his hooves in sparkly red. -Has great ground manners -Likes his stall so he can eat in peace but LOVES being outside. -Easy keeper but does require some gut health supplementation.
