This 5 gaited Icy is suitable for youth and petite adults. He has self carriage in tolt and is educated in lateral movements. Frodi is polite and trustworthy with a medium energy level. He is confident on trails and in busy park settings solo or with other horses. He performs Spanish walk, bows, kneels, and fetches (both on ground and under saddle). Frodi can ride bridless and preform at liberty. He has mainly been ridden bitless and will also accept a bit. He is trained for cooperative care such as clipping, oral exams, hoof, ear and eye care (see video 2) He is in the middle of the pecking order. Frodi is trained with R+ reward based methods and has never been ridden with a whip. He is 13 hands, narrow in build and has always been barefoot. Both sire and dam were imported from Iceland.
