Apollo is a beautiful 16.0hh 8yr old FHANA gelding, with lots of mane & tail. He knows the basics of dressage up to Training level. He works off seat and legs, is soft in the bit, and knows lateral flexion. He also haunch turns, side passes, free jumps low x-rails, and ground drives on a long line. (He is not trained to drive.) He has almost exclusively been ridden in an arena in a private barn, so he does not have experience on trails but has been ridden on the property outside He has good ground manners, can be clipped with no halter, stands nicely for the vet or farrier, and loves a bath. No biting, kicking, rearing. I prefer a confident and experienced rider for his best future. He will spook at a lawnmower, for example, and we haven’t helped him through that yet.

I’ve owned Apollo from his first breath and I am sad to be looking for a new person for him. At this time, my age is taking its toll, and I’m looking for the perfect fit for Apollo to continue to broaden his world.
