Reluctantly offering daughters beginner mare as daughter is ready for something different. 🌵Good looking, we get compliments wherever we take her. 🐎No soundness issues 🌵Beginner safe for kids or safe for smaller adults as she’s not huge, around 14.2 HH 🐎Has had kids of all ages ride her. You can hop on and go. 🌵Can ride bareback or with a saddle 🐎Has enough energy for moderate trail rides. 🌵She will ride outside or in an arena but I feel like she prefers to be ridden out. She’s a fun trail horse. Not spooky at all. 🐎Has been around cows, pigs, chickens, etc does not blink an eye. 🌵You can pull her out after time off and ride right out with her. 🐎She doesn’t have a lot of go but will walk and trot if asked. You have to know the right buttons to get her to lope. 🌵Has done birthday parties and kids can love on her all around and crowd onto a mounting block and zing around. 🐎Bathes. 🌵Loads great. 🐎Good for the farrier. 🌵Current on worming and vaccines. 🐎Has done lessons. She does have a vice to be aware of, her price reflects this. Full disclosure. She doesn’t like strange horses next to her in a crowded arena. She’s fine with horses she knows and lives with. We can ride as a family with no issues if it’s just us. She can sometimes be cinchy but if you cinch her up slow it’s not an issue. She’s been a good confidence booster for my daughter and she’s learned a lot on her but she is doing a lot of arena work this year and anticipate that to continue and she just doesn’t like it. My daughter is also about ready to move up to something with more go. I’ve gone back and forth about selling her but feel like she’s no longer the right fit for what my daughter wants to move into. Sugar needs to find a home that does things she enjoys. We are looking to find her a good home with new kids to love.
