Kasey is a 9-year-old Reg. 15.1 Appaloosa gelding who was started as a 3yo. He's been ridden lightly off and on since then. He is a solid chestnut with a couple of small snowflake spots that have shown up as he ages. I was told that he was shown at halter as a youngster by his breeder and won 2 reserve championships at Appaloosa shows. His grandparents are The Miracle Chip and Unzippin. His papers are stamped with the Performance permit to show at Appaloosa breed shows. He's been to the beach and has been trail ridden, but has been enjoying the good life as a pasture buddy for the past couple of years. He's not spooky but is a unique guy and can have some quirks under saddle that make him sometimes reactive. Because of that, I'm selling him as a project horse who will likely require a restart. Experienced rider only, ideally one who practices natural horsemanship techniques. He likes people and has a playful disposition. I believe he has the potential to be a great horse for the right person. I'm looking to find him an excellent home and a suitable match to set him up for success.
