Caramella is a 15.2hh, 3 year old (01/26/21) unraced TB mare. She has had lots of groundwork put into her and she’s very smart and willing. She is QUIET QUIET QUIET. The brain on this one is amazing! She has been to multiple local horse shows, ridden by myself and multiple 15 year old girls, getting champion and a few reserve champions. She has simple lead changes, which will eventually become automatic with time and more ring work. She spent the end of the summer trail riding and hound walking and is now out hunting at the back of 2nd field. She’s had hounds run by, pop out of corn fields and is totally fine with it. I have only jumped her about 18”, maybe a little higher out hunting, due to her age and the fact that she’s still growing. Currently has on front shoes with studs on as we continue into hunting season. Has also been used in beginner intermediate lessons and would do well in a lesson program. Lives out for the most part, gets along with mares or geldings and has been in a mixed herd. Good for vet, farrier, baths. UTD on shots, coggins, deworming, teeth floating. Asking low mid fours, very negotiable due to a knee bone chip which was found during a ppe and may need surgery in the future, which I am not in a place to provide. She is currently going around sound, though. Champagne taste on a beer budget if you have the time to rehab (surgeon said 6-8 weeks recovery time) Xrays available to seriously interested parties. Located in White Hall, MD. Pm if interested.
