Dexter is a 14yo appendix QH gelding who has done a little bit of it all. He has been ridden by a younger teenage girl for the past few years, and has taught her so much. He jumps around up to 2'6" and can take a joke, he will do intro level eventing all day long, is a babysitter on the trail, has sorted cows, has carried a flag, been in a drill team, and is a straightforward ride. He is easy on the ground, x-ties, bathes, ties, etc. He is a gentleman to trailer.
He wears front shoes only (steel), and is an easy keeper. Dexter would love to teach the next kid the ropes, and would make a lovely addition to a family looking for a horse to take their kids through pony club or get into showing (or go for a trail ride, camping, etc.- he truly loves it all). Dexter receives very reasonable maintenance, and is a wonderful patient for the vet always. He is a barn favorite with the sweetest personality, and a CUTE mover as well.
