2018 ottb gelding. Recently retired from racing, lightly restarted. This guy doesn’t hesitate to try anything you put his way. Goes English and Western, lightly started on fences, even started on cows! He’s eager to learn and quick with picking up on things. Did I mention he’s quiet? Quiet and SANE. I would not recommend to a beginner as he is still an ex racehorse and he is still new to things. Justice is barefoot stands very well for trims, and a relatively easy keeper. He’s currently out 24/7 with our mixed herd. He is lower in the pecking order. Loads well, stands quietly in the trailer when waiting to leave. Ties and crossties, stands quiet for bathes as well. Justice is the same horse at home AND off property. We’ve hauled to different barns and to a schooling show, with no funny business. He steps off the trailer as if he’s been at the new place his entire life. This guy works in and out of the arena, many of his rides being in an open pasture. I believe Justice would very much enjoy a lower level home, he’s a pretty chill guy and he loves hanging out with his rider.
