Sox is a nearly 16hand 7year old grade appendix gelding, he was rescued by his current owner as a yearling in poor health. The owners have given him a loving home, returned him to health and let him grow and flourish! They have done their jobs as horsewomen, nothing but the best care and training into him. He has matured so much overtime and doing well under saddle as well as his ground manners.
He is 100% healthy sound, no maintenance and a sweet boy! The owners have decided he is ready for a home so they can make room to care for others, a forever home is a must❤️
UTD on farrier, dental, deworming, vaccines, chiropractic. Stands for vet and farrier, bathes, clips ties, loads.
He is a handsome, well put together, tall gelding with a great solid foot great forward movement under saddle. He knows how to WTC, soft in the bridal, leg yields, backs etc. He has ridden outside of the arena, even been ponied and has had his share of desensitizing. He’s eager to learn and always advancing each day of training. He would be a great dressage/ sport horse prospect, he is very versatile.
Sox deserves a job and person with who he will thrive!
He is still novice and is not for a beginner, he would be best suited with a knowledgeable experienced horsemen who can finish him their way and take him to the next level 😁
