Meet "Hattie", sweet 3 year old 7/8 Haflinger, 1/8 Belgian filly ready to start her big move. Standing 14.2 hands, Hattie would be an ideal Pony Club or all-around mount for a child or small adult. She was lightly started under saddle as a two year old and now as a three year old she is learning flatwork basics; walk, trot, canter, back, collection. She is a willing and fast learner and not afraid of anything. She trail rides and crosses water like a pro. She is really a great horse for someone to grow with. Hattie is athletic and could go in a lot of directions, but she has the willingness and energy to be a great little jumper. That said, she is not spun up or hot headed. She is calm and patient unless asked to go. She will be ready to start over small fences next year, which I think she would enjoy. She has a sweetheart, kind personality with zero vices. She is safe with kids, (my little girls enjoy walking her out), although as with any young horse, I encourage consistent lessons with a gentle and trusted trainer.
Hattie is barefoot, up to date on vaccines and dewormer, loads, ties, clips.
