What you get is the perfect mix of elite Barrel and Racing bloodlines combined with legendary cow horse breeding to complement. Marley is a 1d/2d Barrel horse that excels outdoors. He has consistently been in the 1D outdoors and loves rodeo ground!
Indoors he is anywhere from 1d/2d with lots of room to improve. He is very deceiving with his mellow, laid back nature; but he is extremely powerful and very fast when competing! If you like a crazy hot barrel horse this is not the horse for you. Marley has excellent ground manners and yes he walks as slow to lead as he does when you’re riding him.. 😴🤪
You won’t find one as versatile and easy to be around than Marley. Patterned on poles but never entered. Has had a rope swung on him and followed cattle with ease. He would make a phenomenal all around horse! He is a fantastic trail horse and goes out alone or in a group. He can lead or follow and he can pony horses that are having trouble. He is the type of horse you can step off of to help someone in need and he will just stand quietly and wait for you, without holding his reins or tying him..!
Eats, drinks and stalls great on the road. Easy to catch, shoe, deworm, vaccinate, load, tie, bathe, etc… He is a sweet simple gelding that also happens to be incredibly talented. On top of his amazing personality Marley has great conformation and bone, solid strong feet and lots of muscle!
15.2 hands and all of 1400lbs. He is fit and current on everything including professional dental and chiro.
Selling due to no fault of his own whatsoever. This has not been an easy decision and the absolute best home and fit for him is priority.
