Dez would be a great candidate for ranch riding, hunter under saddle, drill team, or as a trail mount. He would be a fun prospect for a youth to bring along for local showing or gymkhana. He has that low key attitude of your beer drinkin' buddy and is not a hot or reactive character.
Dez has a smooth sweeping stride and will w/t/c in the arena. He is working on circles, lengthening and shortening of stride, and aligning all of his body parts. He has been ridden out on trail solo and with other horses and is content riding out. He has done a little dabbling with synchronized riding for possible future drill team endeavors. With a little introduction, he does well with obstacles, flags and stimulus.
