Cricket has been ridden mainly for pleasure, but my 16-year-old daughter has moved on to other interests, and this horse is too good to sit. She has a beautifully smooth trot, is in your pocket, and hasn't met a horse she can't get along with. I imagine she would be a handy lesson horse or even a lady's endurance horse.

Like all Haflingers, she is a very easy keeper. She lives on two flakes of hay a day and has never worn shoes.
