Zara is a 16 y/o ottb, and has been a mount for an advanced intermediate rider in and out of lesson programs. She is very friendly and has a fun, lofty, forward WTC. She has schooled XC and took water obstacles in stride at all gates. No rear or buck. She can be spooky, but not bolting or dangerous, just your typical thoroughbred lookiness. Zara is a great diamond in the rough for a dedicated teenager in a lesson program, or adult rider looking for a future eventing partner after a bit of work. She has been out of consistent work recently and will need a refresher, so best suited to someone ready to handle a bit of pushiness on the ground and give her a structure to bring out her best again. This is a great opportunity for a local rider to secure a mount for lessons or purchase at a great price. A good home is extremely important as this mare is very loved. Trainer will assist in rehoming to ensure new lessor or owner is knowledgeable of thoroughbreds and prepared to give her the best of care.
