Sly As A Cat aka Smoothie is a 18 year old AQHA gelding that stands 14.3 hands and is as stout as they come. Smoothie has been used as a youths mount for the last few years. He is being sold because his kid is ready for the next step. Smoothie needs to go to someone who wants to have fun. He is great for feet, trailering, tying, stalling, bathing, and saddling. He was a rope horse in his past life. He is BROKE. He’s a straight shooter. A point and go kind of guy. Pinky broke. Super easy to steer and will go any speed asked of him but will immediately come back to you. Has a great woah on him. This horse is so easy. Anyone can hop on and go. Husband safe, beginner safe, a friend from the city who wants to experience the country life. He’s your guy. He’s been used for primarily barrel club and peewee barrels the last couple years and was ran on 3cc of ace for moms comfort. Adults would not need to ace him at all. He stays quiet and slow unless asked to go faster. Trail rides nice and quiet. Not herd bound. He’s an easy keeper, gets along with everyone, and doesn’t cause trouble. His only maintenance is a quarter tablet of previcox when being ridden consistently or hard. He’s such a sweet guy and deserves the absolute best.
