It's hunt season. This dude is not going to make a hunt horse. He is super quiet at home and by himself/small group trail riding, but the controlled chaos of the hunt field fries his brain. Additionally, I'm going through a major life change and would like to simplify my life a bit. "Larkin" has lovely gaits and is incredibly smooth to ride. Soft mouthed and rides off of your seat and leg well. Brave, scopey jumper who is super honest to fences. He has experience jumping in the arena and out in the open. Crosses water and is ok with turkeys, rabbits, quail, and other critters exploding out from under his feet when he isn't in the hunt field. He was shown this summer a few times by my 9 year old daughter, and did a great job packing her around. She rides him at home frequently, and has jumped 3' with him. All she has to do is point him at the fence, and over they go. Good ground manners, easy to catch, lowers his head to be bridled, adores people and attention. Handsome as can be. I love this horse, but really need to move him so that I can move forward with my life.
