Wow! This is a cool horse. Maybelline is a 6 coming 7 year old sturdy built buckskin mare who is half Friesian and half Haflinger. She has the size of a Haflinger with the style of a Friesian and is a really unique, cool cross! She is really one of a kind! Maybelline has been used for trail riding, driving, and ring work. She rides in a halter bareback, snaffle bridle, western, or English. She stands rock still for mounting. She does not have a lot of formal dressage training, but she would be a great choice for dressage, too. She will pop over small fences as well and shows great form jumping and is very keen. She has the cutest most perfect conformation and stands very square with lovely feathering on her black stockings. She is a trail blazer on the trails, happy to lead or follow, a lot of fun! She is also great to drive and looks very pretty under harness. She is not spooky and is easy to ride, but I would think she is a little too zippy for a total dead beginner, but for someone who knows a little bit and that is a wide range of riders, she is FUN! I do think she could be a good mother/daughter horse and could be a great pony club mount or used for lower level eventing. On the trails she is like a horse ATV who goes through anything. She would make an enviable hunt horse, with her unique look and great stature and the right size to get on and off of out on the trail.
Maybelline has no soundness issues, is very hardy and does not require special maintenance. She has no vices and she has great manners and is wonderful to work around and extremely easy no fuss to have around. She is UTD on dental, vet, deworming, farrier, and coggins. Transport is available to anywhere in the US and also possibly Canada. Other horses available as well.
