Saddle bred Morgan gelding looking for his next adventure buddy. This guy has been game for anything my daughter has asked of him and always given his all. Unfortunately, kids grow up. He was an impulse buy as daughter needed a horse immediately for fair due to unfortunate circumstances. We hit the jackpot with him. We got him and in less the 30 days he had done the 4H fun day and was attending the county fair. He did it all at fair from showmanship, shown in English, gaming, obstacles and kept her safe. He had never done any of the things he was asked as he had come from Georgia where he had been a racker. He was sold to an amazing woman in the area that was wanting a trail horse. Unfortunately, he is more go that whoa as well as can be very competitive. So, her leisurely trail rides with others were not so leisurely as well as with being a racker he walked faster than the normal horse. With time he has gotten better although is still more go than whoa and always ready to go places. I say that as if trailer is left open and you can't find him it's because he has loaded himself and is waiting patiently. Since we bought him, he has done many things and is always willing. He did a couple years of 4H, high school equestrian team and fun adventures with my daughter. He has sorted cows which he loved, he did cow daubing practice, filled in on drill, gamed and loved swimming. He was like a sea horse. Daughter and friends have gone to Dibblee where he did everything, He was asked to go from the river where he swam to running up sand hills and going over bridges. He can maneuver around cone obstacles like a snake and when asked to turn in a box does it on a time. It was amazing to watch. Daughter rode him on trails around where we live, he was always good, didn't spook and kept her safe. He currently needs a tune up as he has been sitting for some time although you can totally go out throw a bridle with or without a saddle and get on to ride him. As daughter did this just recently. He does take a bit to get to know you. Meaning he will be a good boy just hesitant to let you catch him. Just take some treats and your normally good. Once he gets to know you, he comes right to you to be haltered or just to follow you around. He is good for the farrier; He was in shoes until about a year ago. Took them off as no need for them as we weren't doing anything with him. He is 21 years young. I believe he is 15.2 hands. Does not act his age is still more go that whoa. Is a bay, tail grows super long although has been cut as due to knot in it. He is would do better with and intermediate to advanced rider. When in herd he is more towards the top. I've seen he in top pecking order as well as a few horses down the pecking order. Has been with and around many types of animals such as sheep, goats, chickens, dogs, cats, llamas, alpacas and kids use to dress him up/put him in all types of situations which he was always very good. Hauls in straight load or slant trailer. Bi
